Hello there and welcome! Today, I am sharing the totally swoon-worthy technique, acrylic pouring, as a part of the Save the Crafty youTuber Video Hop. I downsized the process from traditional larger canvases to create in sizes specifically for cardmakers. I’ll show you how I manage the mess and successfully upcycle the runoff.
The Save the Crafty YouTuber Video hop is a celebration of cardmaking video tutorials created by a group of talented crafters of all different styles and levels. We are coming together over 5 days to give our viewers a chance to discover other amazing cardmakers and help reach monetization goals! All you have to do is watch, like the video, consider subscribing, and click the link in the video description below to hop to the next video. Let yourself be inspired! Don’t forget to comment on each video because we have over 125 prizes to give away. Please indicate if you are located in the USA or International so that prizes can be awarded appropriately as some prizes (not all!) have restrictions on them. Don’t forget to check back through each day of the hop since this is day 5 of 5 themed days of video hops! You never know when you’ll discover your next favourite YouTuber!

Be still, my heart! I could not have been more pleased or amazed with how easy these panels turned out. I’ve kept the sentiments super simple to keep the focus on the background. Linked below you will find the necessary items to get you started. Most acrylic paints will do, though I am partial to the Hero Arts Glimmer Metallic Inks. A good white pouring paint, premixed or made yourself is essential. Pouring medium is a must. Have some silicone on hand if you like the look of cells. If you like easy, American Crafts has sets of premixed pouring paint ready to go. I picked up several and hope to play with them soon! Remember that you can acrylic pour on just about anything. Pumpkin anyone? The canvases I used can be found HERE.
Giveaway: There are over 125 prizes that will be given away to commenters throughout the hop. Please view the video embedded above or HERE for the details, the giveaway I am sponsoring and those by our generous hop sponsors. Please remember comments must be made on the videos themselves to be eligible to win.
Thank you so much for hopping along and showing your support to so many talented cardmakers on the Save the Crafty YouTuber Video Hop! Carry on!
