Hello friends! I hope this day finds you healthy, well and happy! Today, I am sharing a bright and happy card specifically created to send a friend sunshine. She has had struggle after struggle recently and sending her a heartfelt note tucked inside this happy card is sure to bring her joy – if even only a momentary distraction from life.
When was the last time you sent a card? Times aside from holidays, birthdays and other expected moments are my favorite! Surprises are the most fun when you have no idea to expect them! Otherwise can they really even be a surprise?!?
Recreate this project by die cutting the Mod Rainbow in Bubble Gum, Coral Reef, Citrine, Tropical Teal and Navy. This is also the order I assembled the rainbow in, but you'll have leftovers so this is a perfect project for multiples! Adhere rainbow flat to A2 (4 1/4" x 5 1/2") white cardstock.
Find a full supply list HERE.
Die cut Hi from white and Diamond Glitter cardstock. Adhere the interior and border design in white, offset from the rainbow. The layer on the interior only in Diamond Glitter. The white layer underneath gives the glitter layer a little pop of height. White heat emboss Tons of Type sentiments on black cardstock, trim and adhere tucked up to one another. Adhere finished panel to folded card base, write that sweet note on the interior and mail it.
Mail those cards, friends. You never know whose day you may turn around. Thank you for taking your time with me today. Wishing you each warmth, wealth (in all the things!) and health!
