The STAMPtember party over at Simon Says Stamp is just getting started! Today is the blog party, YAY! Included in the festivities is a scavenger hunt. You can head to Simon’s blog post HERE and find participating makers. Each maker has created a project, and while you are indulging in all that creative inspiration look for the Simon banners for exclusive codes for things like a free T-shirt, tote bag, ephemera, and more!
Simon is celebrating STAMPtember every day posting exclusive collaborations, contests, prizes, special promotions, announcements, and more surprises! Simon’s blog will announce what they have planned every day.

I created today’s card with new Simon Says Stamp Ornate Ornaments. Dress them up for a fancy card or dress them down for casual style. I couldn’t let an opportunity to sparkle pass, obviously!

To create this card, stamp images in Versamark and heat emboss with Hero Arts Silver Sparkle embossing powder on smooth bristol paper. Watercolor with Zig and/or Arteza Clean Color Real Brush markers. To add interest, use water liberally and let dry naturally. As the water dries it will add awesome detail!

Stamp sentiment and die cut into rectangle. Mat rectangle with SSS Smoke cardstock and then again with white. Hero Arts Rectangle Infinity dies make it easy, though the middle layer was trimmed to fit. Die cut all ornament images and arrange around center rectangle on an A2 (4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″) white cardstock panel. Use Press’n Seal to keep ornaments arranged as they are flipped over. Add adhesive and then return to card panel. Add foam tape behind rectangle and adhere in place. Adhere finished panel to A2 folded card base.
You can find the full list of project supplies HERE.

I also created this card with Ornate Ornaments. You can find the details HERE.
Remember to visit Simon Says Stamp all month long for STAMPtember festivities and exclusive collaborations with amazing companies! I’ve linked up the entire Simon branded release below for your convenience. Remember, the Simon brand will be restocked. The exclusive collaborations are limited edition and will NOT be restocked! You can return to the blog party HERE.
Thank you for popping in today. I’ll be back on Tuesday for the Hero Arts My Monthly Hero kit reveal and hop. Until then, happy crafting!
xo, Janette
