Hello and welcome to the Simon Says Stamp Send Happiness release! The world has been sending out and S.O.S. call and we could all use happiness. This release is just in time to provide some relief. Find a few of my favorite products below and the full release HERE.
The project I am sharing features the adorable Fairytale Spinners stamp set. I created a fun window card using the front and back view of the fairy. I don’t often decorate the interior of my cards, but this set gave me a good excuse to!
New Release Favorites
Recreate this project stamping the front and back view of the fairy in Versafine Clair black ink on Smooth Bristol paper. Immediately clear heat emboss images, no separate embossing ink needed. Color image with watercolor brush markers, blending most with a damp brush. Blend the wings with a sparkle pen! Die cut fairies.
Die cut a square into the front panel of an A2 folded card base (I used Bristol throughout). Die cut another square, one size larger, from a spare piece of cardstock.
Ink blend the smaller square with Blue Hawaii, Blue Raspberry and Lemon Drop Reactive Inks. Sprinkle water over to create a splattery effect. Adhere blended square onto larger square, and then adhere the set onto inside back panel aligning with he window opening. Adhere fairy to front of card, and then her back view to the inside back. Stamp grass, flowers and sentiments in Versafine Clair black on outside and inside of card, as desired.
