Ink blend Lime Green, Iced Aqua and Royal Purple inks onto Polar White cardstock. Die cut panel with the Inside Scallop Circle Tag (both pieces). Then remove the inner ring and die cut again in white with just the outside section creating a white base. Die cut a few Balloons and ink blend in each color individually. Coat each balloon with a sparkle marker.

Stamp Corgi and ball image in alcohol marker friendly black ink. Color with Copic markers (colors listed below) and die cut. Dry fit outer blended ring over white base tag to use as a guide. Adhere center blended piece in place flat to white tag. Pop up outer ring with foam tape and adhere. Adhere balloons and popped Corgi in place, tucking and overlapping. Place tag in MISTI Precision Stamp Tool. Place acetate over tag and align sentiment to match tag curve. Pick up with MISTI lid and adjust, if necessary. Stamp onto tag in black ink. Attach twine to complete.
TIP: Trim foam tape in half or narrower, as needed. Remove backing paper to bend and follow curves easily!
Copic Colors:
Corgi (or a Pomeranian, as I see it!): E57, E34, E53, E50
Ball: FYG1, YG23
