Hello friends! I am coming to you today with a super fun collaboration between Hero Arts and Lawn Fawn. Lawn Fawn is a fab company based in southern California known for their innovative interactive dies and the cutest little critters you ever saw! I’ve been at several trade shows with Hero Arts and have had the opportunity to get to know several of the peeps behind Lawn Fawn. What their company designs embodies the spirit of the people who created it, for sure. They are all darling, happy, energetic, amazing and all the other charming superlatives!
I’ve created a bright and fun card using the new Big Thanks stamp set and dies. Scroll on down for the how to, then a little further for giveaway information and the list of talented designers that also will be sharing their projects featuring Big Thanks. Probably best not to miss one – it just might be your favorite!
Quick Links

Recreate this project by ink blending Rose Madder, Bubble Gum and Soft Pink inks onto an A2 Dove White cardstock panel. Then splatter with white acrylic paint. One drop of paint will do, along with a drop of water. Mix together on an acrylic block and then flick off the side of the block onto the background with a paint brush.
Die cut Meadow cardstock with Fiesta Fringe (x2). Ink blend fringe with Pine. Then trim unevenly through the center of the fringe creating a grass like look. Use both halves for a more plush landscape.
Stamp Big Thanks images with Intens-ified Black ink onto smooth bristol cardstock. Color images with Karin Brushmarker Pro watercolor pens. These new to me markers are a lot like Zig Clean Color, but with even more pigment!

They have a soft nib more akin to Copic Markers than the Zig brush tips. These markers are awesome for coloring like I did, and incredible for brush lettering and faux calligraphy! So freaking pigment rich! (And they are ridiculously less expensive than what I paid on Amazon as I type! Though, I do recommend supporting stamp shops as much as possible, especially if you are lucky enough to have a local brick and mortar store!)
I’ve used shades Warm Grey, Skin, Canary, Arctic Blue, Olive Green, Lime Green and Sandstone.
Die cut dry images tucking some into finger curled grass and a few into the sky around the sentiment. Pop dots or foam tape adds dimension for a super cute touch. Finish by attaching panel to a folded card base.
