Welcome! So glad you popped in today!
I have to admit, I have help keeping my home functioning through all the busy-ness of life. Many moons ago I owned a quilt store and while that consumed much of my time (aside from being a wife and mother). I just couldn’t keep up with the housework at home. I hired someone to come in and clean in my place. It was the best decision I ever made. An unexpected side benefit was that I was so much less frustrated when something got messy or dirty because it hadn’t been my time or energy spent cleaning. Yes, I was paying someone else, but it wasn’t nearly as personal for me that way. I have since maintained a housekeeper. I am glad to put in extra time working or cutting back in other ways so I can afford this luxury. I encourage you to find a way to lessen strain in your life and stick with it. It really is worth it.
The housekeepers I have now, it’s a small crew. I am fine with that. They come in and whisk through my house in no time flat. Each year during the holiday season I get them a thank you because I am so very appreciative! This year, I’m giving a clear gift bag by Reverse Confetti concealing a gift card. The package is spruced up with tags and a personal note on back of the shaker. It’s the small things, right?
Not so small is the “Seriously” and “#icanteven” hashtags by BRI in collaboration with Bossy Joscie, along with my handwritten “Thank You.” Because seriously, I can’t even thank them enough! I am thrilled to finally have these #Hashtag stamp sets. You’ll find a a link to these and list of supplies I used at the bottom of this post.
